Authors are encouraged to submit high quality, original work that has not appeared in, nor is under consideration by, other journals. Papers that have previously appeared in conference proceedings will be considered, however this should be indicated at the time of submission.
Please submit all text material via e-mail or disk as an .rtf or .doc document. All written material including diagrams and tables should be in 12-point font and should not exceed 4-5 pages. In addition to your text please submit a 2-page English summary of the article as an appendix. Full English translation of the article is also welcomed.
